About the Business Description and Desired Qualifications HR Coordinator - Abu Dhabi, UAE General Summary: This position acts in an administrative, clerical or para-professional support role. The incumbent has deep knowledge of broad range of activities and procedures within own work area and applies advanced administrative skills gained through significant experience. He/she applies judgment in determining work methods and balancing competing priorities, and may train, orient, and assign/review work of less experienced employees. This position performs a specialized administrative role independently and uses judgment based on experience to anticipate situations and develop solutions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provides advanced clerical and administrative support to one or more functional areas of Human Resources. Initiates, maintains and processes a wide variety of routine HR forms, records and transactions. Collects, compiles and analyzes a wide variety of employee and HR information. May independently conduct and summarize internal and external surveys to obtain data. May enter employee data into electronically based system. May perform activities and duties related to employee orientation, pre-employment screening and responding to internal and external questions related to company policies or employee issues. May interpret policy or plan documents. |
RequirementsRequirementsBasic Qualifications Key qualifications of this position includes: High School Diploma/GED or Associates Degree or equivalent experience. 10 to 15 years experience preferred.
