The Role


The Role


Role:

1. Prepare and compose letters, memos, reports.

2. Undertake general Administrative and HR support to all HR staff, Division Heads, and Admin Officers.

3. Establishing and maintaining HR and Admin files and records.

4. Responsible for passport inventory.

5. Maintain, monitor, and alert key personnel regarding passport, visa, labor card, and health card renewal. Prepare relevant documents if needed for renewal.

6. Make sure that all 201 File, has an updated copy of passport, visa, labor card, and health card.

7. Assist and monitor Vacation Leave and Personnel movement (not returning on time from vacation, absconding, employees for cancellation, employee turn-over, etc.).

8. Point-person in monitoring, reminding, and assisting key personnel for the following: Tenancy Renewal, Trade/Industrial License, COC, etc. Preparing, requesting, liquidation, replenishment of funds needed for new application and renewal.

9. Responsible in monitoring, coordinating, and reminding key personnel regarding renewal vehicle of registration, insurance, and charging of Traffic Fines.

10. Overall In charge of Recruitment, On-boarding of new staff/orientation, deployment, etc.

11. Travel Coordinator, In charge of travel, arranging ticket, hotel booking, etc.

12. Responsible for the initial preparation of relevant requirements for employment (selected candidates overseas, hired locally, etc.).

13. In charge of preparing visa for Supervisors (German Visa, Schengen Visa, US Visa, etc.

15. Accomplish Regular Reports: Rahal Consumption, New Recruits, Time Attendance, HR Action Plans.

16. Handles Office supplies/stationeries.

17. Carry out other functions as required by superiors.

Requirements


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or allied field, with at least 5 years work experience in Administration and HR.
Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge in Arabic language is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS-Office programs.
Highly organized and systematic, reliable, and trustworthy.
Proven office administration experience and excellent organisational skills.
Preferably Female, Any nationality
