Employment: Full Time

HR Coordinator - 6 month temporary, Up to AED 14,000

Our client, a multinational company is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to provide 6 months cover for maternity leave.
This role will provide operational and administrative support for the HR Manager.

Responsibilities will include:
- Providing induction to all new joiners to ensure integration and proper on boarding
- Processing all health insurance
- Coordinating all training programs and act as the training liaison
- Responsible for all vacation processing according to company policy
- Coordinating all transfer or departure processes
- Responsible for salary certificates and other ad hoc HR administration assistance

Requirements

As this is an urgent vacancy candidates should be immediately available, be on their husband's or father's sponsorship and be able to commit to 6 months.
Candidates should have UAE experience within HR in a multinational company and be used to working to corporate policies and procedures, have lots of initiative, be able to multitask, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be discreet and able to handle highly confidential information and be meticulous with high attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines.
Proficiency in all MS Office applications is required
The hours are 9am - 6pm with 1 hour lunch break.
