Job description / Role
An opportunity has arisen for a client of ours in Dubai they are looking to extend the team and require a HR coordinator
Duties:
- Responsible for creating and maintaining all applications on in-house database
- Liaising with agencies on recruitment drives and interview processing
- Issuing offer letters and contracts
- Reference checking on potential offers
- Processing visa's collecting all the relevant documents required
- Working as part of a team and reporting into the HR Manager
- Maintaining employee records
- Annual leave and sickness records
- Interviewing potential candidates and screening CV's
- General Admin duties
Requirements
- 6 months HR experience ideally within the UAE
- Good English communication skills both written and verbal
- Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
- Flexible
- Good work ethic
- Smart in appearance
- Available Immediately
- Min 2 years admin support
Salary up to 13,000 AED depending on experience
Sunday to Thursday working week
