Job description / Role
My client is a leading FMCG company in the UAE and require an experienced and mature HR Coordinator to join their team and assist with a range of responsibilities including:
1. Support in recruitment positions through candidate sourcing, short listing candidates, interview assessments and making offers
2. Provide support in shortlisting candidates for other roles as required.
3. Induction and on-boarding
4. Managing the HRIS system. Ensuring the information is up dated.
5. Leave Administration
6. Employee Files management
7. Assisting with payroll
8. HR administration
9. Letter generation
10. Handling employee queries
Requirements
The ideal candidate must:
1. live in Dubai
2. must come from an FMCG or retail background
3. must have at least 3 years HR experience
