Job description / Role
The key responsibilities includes but not limited to:
- Support the HR team with day to day functions to ensure excellent customer service and quality standards are met.
- Maintain personnel files as per the company requirements.
- Input new employee data and maintain the personnel database in SAP Business One.
- Administration of all types of leaves
- Regularly monitor the attendance and timekeeping for all employees.
- Coordinate with insurance providers for the renewal and administration of medical insurance policy.
- Complete tasks as assigned within the expected time limit.
- Assist in recruitment by sourcing, screening and shortlisting CVs, scheduling interview and conducting tests if required.
- Effectively maintain the notice board and ensure appropriate information/material is displayed.
- Follow up with the external organizations for timely submission of invoices.
Requirements
Experience in similar profile for a minimum of 3-4 years is essential. An ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources and/or in management with relevant experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Excellent skills in MS Office is a must while experience in ERP is an advantage.
