Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Handling leave, resignation and termination for all employees
Preparing release forms and indemnities for employees
Receive appraisals sheets; review it and updating the remuneration report
Handle employees grievances and logical approach to problem-solving
Provide advice and assistance to employees related to understanding and implementing approved HR policies and procedures
Providing an appropriate solution to employee problems and support employees and their managers in performance and disciplinary matters.
Assist new joiners in opening bank accounts and solving bank related issues..
Prepare monthly report of HR turnover
Prepare HR Certificates and related documentations for employees

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
2 – 5 years experience in similar position
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in oil & gas / construction field
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong follow up skills
