Employment: Full Time

Salary: up to 5,000 and Studio Apartment Provided

One of our most prestigious client a Real Estate Developer in RAK is seeking an HR Coordinator to help the HR Manager in the recruitment, and employee management of the staff within the company.

This is a challenging and exciting role in a fast paced environment and requires someone who loves dealing with people, changing deadlines and managing multiple tasks on a daily basis. Being administratively focused you will play an essential role in the smooth running of the office. Communicating with all members of staff you will be tracking attendance, maintaining records, recruitment and more.

Being quick and accurate in your work will be important and you will thrive on meeting the requests of the HR Manager and ensuring that staff queries are handled quickly and positively.

Responsibilities:
- Sick Leaves, Annual Leaves, and Attendance Management
- On boarding and Inductions Management and Exit
- Maintaining all employee files and database management
- Support with training and development and employee reviews
- Payroll Management
- Internal transfers

Requirements

- HR Degree or Certification
- Ideally previous experience in a HR Role
- Understanding of the UAE Labour Law and processes
- Recruitment and On boarding Experience
- Excellent English communication and attention to detail
- Team player with can do attitude
