This international contractor are working on a JV in Qatar on a large infrastructure construction project. They require a HR Director to head up HR and recruitment on this billion $ development.
Requirements
Applicants should demonstrate the following skills:
A degree in a relevant subject
Further HR Qualifications
Should have worked within Joint Ventures and have experience in setting up HR policies and procedures
Extensive expertise in the construction industry
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
