RequirementsRequirementsCurrently they are looking for an HR Director who is experienced in several of the following areas: Human resources management, organisational development/change management process improvement (Six Sigma preferred), compensation, and staffing. You will be business driven with a strong financial acumen complimented by outstanding communication skills in English. Key responsibilities include planning developing and implementing HR strategies for HR management and development. This will include recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance counseling, performance appraisals etc Suitable candidates will only be considered if you already have regional experience with at least 8 years HR Generalist experience from within a similar industry sector and are used to working with cultural sensitivity. You should demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, inspire and influence people. |
