Employment: Full Time

Our client, a fast growing, well funded real estate developer in Abu Dhabi, developing integrated communities and mixed use developments including hospitality, educational, residential, commercial and healthcare assets currently looking for an experienced HR Director.

Reporting to the Group CEO, you will act as an advisor to senior leadership on all human capital management matters and focus on the implementation of HR strategies and practices that will support the robust business growth and reinforce a performance focused culture.

You should have a minimum of 8 years experience alongside a solid background in change management, organisational development, performance management, recruitment and human capital metrics. It is essential you are an experienced senior HR professional who has previously worked within the real estate, manufacturing , construction, logistics, transportation, leasing, hospitality, trading or similar sector.

Area of specialization will include particular expertise in re-engineering of HR activities, recruitment, manpower planning, succession planning, leave management, performance appraisals, training & career development, salary administration, HR policies & procedures, job descriptions & evaluations, budgeting, short/long term planning and key strategy implementation across the entire scope of business operation.

Requirements

- Degree educated preferably with MBA and further accreditation's in Human Resources
- 15+ years' experience as an HR generalist with exposure across specialist areas of HR
- 10+ year's leadership, people management experience
- Extensive experience of designing organization structures and re-organization. Experience as change agent to manage and implement change
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner in a leading organization with a proven ability to achieve a positive business impact.
- Able to engage, report and influence at Board Level
- Arab speaking candidates will be given strong preference during our selection process
