HR Director

Considered one of the ‘Big 4’ External Audit Consultancies, our client also have one of the most successful management consultancy divisions in the world. With a highly sought-after profile and a ‘preferred employer’ for many experienced professionals, they add considerable value to employees’ CVs.

They are looking for a HR Director to be based in their Dubai office. You will be a HR Generalist with experience across all HR functions.

Requirements

The right candidate must have:

• HR experience working for a Multi-National Company
• Experience working in a challenging role at HR Director level
• Knowledge of best practices in HR management
• Experience in: international recruitment and web based recruitment systems, Human Resources Information Systems, competency based HR processes, succession planning projects and reward & bonus schemes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally with Partners & Senior Management
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Advanced at all Microsoft packages particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Microsoft Management
• Fluency in English
