Employment: Full Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the region's top hospitality groups, involved with the pre-opening of a new Group of hotel properties. This multi-property role will eventually be responsible for several properties across the UAE and will work at a strategic level to deploy HR strategy.

Leading a significant team of direct reports within the HR Department and reporting to the Group HR Director, you will be providing leadership, direction and guidance in all areas of HR Management.

You will be focused on Succession Planning, Performance Management, Championing achievement of goals for the HR Division, Developing Policies and Procedures, Creating a HR Manual for your division and managing the complete Recruitment Process. You will be involved in overseeing the expatriate employment contracts, all aspects of Compensation & Benefits and effectively developing the complete HR function for the new properties (from scratch).

Requirements

The successful candidate should possess strong HR experience within the hospitality industry (2 or 3 star property experience is essential) and have a minimum of 8 years' HR experience (with at least 3 at a managerial level) coupled with significant UAE regional exposure. Pre-opening experience, the ability to develop successful HR functions from start and a proven track record of participating in the development of organisational structure is also essential.
