Our client is a leading international FMCG manufacturer with a diverse product portfolio operating across multiple product categories. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Professional who is driven by change, projects and strategic level duties. This will suit someone who enjoys the challenge of being involved with a transformation and culturally changing environment, these initiatives have been put in place by the previous incumbent, with whom there will be a crossover period with to ensure a smooth transition. You must be strong willed and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of HR, but most of all highly influential and a proven leader.

The role will report directly to the CEO who is extremely hands on within the business and holds a strong passion for his brand / company. There is a team currently in place of 4 direct reports with a total headcount of 25 employees across the division.

Youll be involved in the initial overlap with the current Interim HR Director who joined the business to restructure the HR function and build department credibility within the wider business. Its imperative the newly appointed HR Director can follow through with the cultural change, and strategic project work which has recently been put in place along with partnering with the management to enable strong working relationships across the business.

As the HR Director its important you have a wealth of experience within a large business and have worked within cultural change and implemented new policies. This is a position for a strong willed professional who is keen to move into a role which requires a strategic approach with a management style to coach / develop and mentor where needed.

Requirements

- Ideally experience of working in a large FMCG manufacturer
- Previous experience with either the set up or re structure of a large HR department
- Strategic exposure, project work is essential
- Proven leadership

To be considered for this role it is essential you have previous experience of managing all aspects of a HR function along with working at a strategic level. You will be required to articulate specific examples of where you have re built / structured or developed a HR department with a previous large manufacturing business. Highly advantageous if you have gained this experience for a FMCG manufacturing business but not essential, a strong business acumen is essential for this role within the GCC region.
