A leading Oil & Gas company are currently looking for a HR Director to join their business.
To act as a business partner with Management to advise on all HR related matters.

Align and co-ordinate both internally & externally
Requirements
Degree Qualified
HR qualification (MBA,CIPD)
Minimum of 15 years experience
Minimum of 7/8 years in a Management role
Generalist background
Must have either Engineering/Oil&Gas industry experience
Exposure to large organizations; Workforce + 500
Salary: 55,000 AED/month + benefits
