HR Director

Job description / Role

Leading client in the field of hospitality are seeking an exceptional, dynamic, energetic and strategically focused HR Director to manage and lead the HR department during a growth phase for the company.

This is a hands on role forming part of the Senior Management team reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board in:

- Setting the HR strategy for the overall business to include reviewing and implementing HR best practice
- Policies and procedures
- Performance management KPI's and initiatives
- Training and development
- Compensation and benefits
- HR systems (SAP)

Requirements

- Self motivated and energetic leader with a minimum of 5-10 years experience in a Senior Management HR role in the UAE with a large organisation and headcount
- Ability to work within an incredibly fast paced environment
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels and cultures particularly at board level
- Have extensive hands on HR experience along with strong strategic capabilities
- A degree in HR and/or Business focused subject CIPD or similar HR qualification would be an advantage
- Previous team management experience within a large UAE based organisation managing multicultural teams
- Hospitality experience is highly desired
