Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with one of the regions top retail companies. Our client is looking to hire an HR Director to work closely with the Managing Director and CEO in the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects to support the company throughout a substantial growth period.
As part of the senior leadership team you will align HR strategy, policies and practices with the companys strategic goals and create an inspiring work environment focused on learning, developing and delivering results. You will be involved in all aspects of performance management, developing and setting organisational design as well as training & development and HR policies & procedures. In addition, you will deal with employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and team management. You will also establish and manage the HR budget and review the organisational structure to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have strong regional experience and be fully versed with UAE Labour Laws. Ideally you should have exposure to the retail or technical sectors. It is essential you are able to work in a vibrant and fast-paced working environment. Our client has stated a preference for a Western educated candidate.
