The Role


We have been exclusively retained by a large multinational FMCG company who are looking to hire a talented Human Resources Director to run their operations in Al Khobar.

Our client is looking to hire a HR professional who is well versed in the implementation of services, policies and procedures, whilst being able to lead the HR team and advice / assist the Executive Management and Department Heads in delivering best HR practices successfully across the business.

This role would suit candidates who have experience of further development of an ready established HR function and the challenges that would come with change, as well as someone who has progressive experience in HR at Senior Management level in a high volume environment.

To be considered for this role you will need to be an experienced Human Resources Director with a hands-on approach who has ideally worked with an FMCG in the GCC, preferably in Saudi Arabia. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential as well as the ability to lead a team and achieve results. Arabic language skills would be a distinct advantage but are not essential.
