Employment: Full Time

My client a unique skincare & fragrance business based in Saudi Arabia, due to Saudisation is currently urgently in need of a Saudi National HR Director.

The purpose of the role is to deliver strategic added value HR interventions across the company and to act as a business partner driving the achievement of objectives and colleague engagement levels.

Main focuses of the role will include the following;

HR Team Leadership & Management
Financial Planning & Analysis
Organisational Development
Plan resources, Recruitment & Selection
HR Processes & Systems
Employee Engagement
Employee Relations
Performance & Talent Management
Reward & Recognition
Government Relations

Requirements

The right SAUDI NATIONAL candidate will need to have significant experience in HR Management roles, ideally with 10 years in HR in order to bring the right amount of knowledge to the role that is needed to drive the HR department to continued success.

Experience of working in a complex and diverse business environment
Minimum 5 years supervising or managing a team
Experience in restructuring/starting up business units to accommodate a constant changing environment
Recognised HR Qualification
Effective communicator with influencing skills
KSA Labour Law interpretation and associated litigation and reputational risks
Evidence of inspirational leadership
Evidence of implementing HR initiatives
Evidence of developing/implementing HR policies & procedures
Salary SAR35,000 p/month + bonuses
