The Role


• Leading the HR teams of the subsidiaries within the group
• Recruiting senior management executives for the various companies
• Instilling a ˇ§Corporate Cultureˇ¨ within geographically and ethnically diversified companies and managing change within these subsidiaries
• Unifying and implementing the HR policies and procedures across the group taking into consideration the cultural differences
• Ensuring best practices and applications for Compensations and Benefits within the Group
• Standardizing the performance management across the Group

• Minimum of BS degree in Business or related field. Additional HR certifications is a definite plus.

• Perfect in Arabic and English , French would be an advantage.

• Minimum of 7 years as an HR Manager of a large group.

• Knowledge of all HR related areas specially compensation & benefits schemes is a must.
