The RoleThe RoleOur client is a leading luxury hotel chain who are looking for a HR Director for one of its hotels opening in Ras Al Khaimah. This is a key hire for the hotel and the successful candidate will be heavily involved in the pre opening activities which will include hiring staff, setting up policies and procedures and setting up the HR department. |
RequirementsRequirementsSuccessful candidates will have luxury hotels experience and ideally experience working in a hotel in the Middle East. Package details include a basic salary plus a fully furnished apartment including the payment of utility bills. Transportation, annual bonus, Insurance for self and family and annual leave tickets. Arabic language skills would be advantageous, however are not essential. |
