The RoleThe RoleUnder supervision of the Employee Relations Manager, conducts employee related research, analysis and assists in grievance processing, dispute resolution and other employee relations activities such as to ensure workplace compliance with labor laws and company principles. Assists in the preparation of memorandums of understanding and other documents; provides information on employee relations policies and procedures to personnel and performs related HR duties as required. |
RequirementsRequirementsExtensive working knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, coaching/counseling supervisors and employees, and conducting internal investigations Ability to handle sensitive data Ability to learn new tasks quickly and efficiently Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Arabic and English Detail Oriented Proficiency with personal computer, such as Microsoft Office and Open Office; and accurate data management, documentation and recordkeeping skills. Bachelors degree in a field related to Human Resources or Management or minimum of 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience |
