HR Executive (Arab National)

Job description / Role

A leading local marketing company in Dubai is currently looking for a HR Executive to join their operations in Saudi Arabia.

The HR Executive will report into Regional Manager.

The main duties & responsibilities are:
- Provide support for manpower planning, recruitment and selection process
- Assist in the identification and analyses of staff training, development and career progression requirements
- Performance appraisal or evaluation of employee
Maintaining employee records, filing systems & computer files
- Oversee employees disciplines and their compliance with company rules and policies
- Updating & Processing reports
- Compiling Satisfaction surveys
- Liaising with Project Teams and Nokia on all employee related matters
- Tracking and reporting legal processes as provided by Sponsor
- Division Employee contracts
- Willingness to perform a broad range of duties

Requirements

- Two or more years experience within KSA.
- Knowledge and understanding of HR functions & recruitment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Should be able to work as part of a team & individually.
- Must be able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Full command of English & Arabic (spoken, read & written).
