Job description / Role
A leading retailer my client are currently in an expansion stage to assist with this increased head count they are looking for a arabic speaking HR Executive.
Reporting to The HR manager you will be responsible for providing support across the HR function, you will assist with the recruitment process, and you will handle any employee relations issues, implementation of performance management systems, assist with implementation of new policy. You will be expected to contribute to any development and improvement to any existing procedures. This is an operational and hands on position which with require you to be results driven.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position, preferably from a retail, hospitality or FMCG environment. You must enjoy a fast paced, dynamic and progressive environment. Tertiary education from a recognized institution is a must.
