HR Executive - Abu Dhabi - Hotel Hospitality - Female

Our client, a reputable Luxury Developer is currently recruiting for an HR Executive based in Abu Dhabi for their flagship resort.

The HR Executive is to provide excellent host services with a high level of support and guidance to all levels of the organization in managing their human resources and well being needs. The HR Executive will provide timely and accurate advice to management on a range of Human Resources related policies, procedures, systems and topics. He/She provides direction and guidance in all areas of Government Relations, ensuring that the activities support the accomplishment of the company and the concerned department goals and objectives.

Major Areas Of Responsibility:
- Working in conjunction with the Corporate HR to assist in all facets of the recruitment and on boarding process to ensure that all Hosts joining the company comply with UAE Government regulations and the labour law.
- Facilitating new Host information.
- Assisting the HR Manager with Host performance review process.
- Coordinating the quarterly and annual Host Recognition Awards.
- Maintaining physical and soft Host data bases to ensure correct recording of all Host and employment related information as required.
- Assisting with preparation of monthly reports.
- Organizing and maintaining the personnel filing system
- Developing and maintain a sound working knowledge of the Human Resources Information Systems (OASYS).
- Advising on and carrying out all on boarding processes including visas and permits
- Advising on and carrying out application and processing of licenses and permissions
- Undertaking all activities for official application approval and timely processing of various legal documents.
- Following and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures for processing and delivering assigned services.
- Keeping self and management up-to-date about government, labor and immigration related news regarding establishment or changes in policies and procedures

Requirements

- 2 years experience and sound knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices.
- Ability to understand HR principles, policies and procedures to work practices.
- Administrative skills in order to undertake correspondence, routine reports and the maintenance of records.
- Knowledge of or experience using OASYS would be advantageous
