Employment: Full Time

HR Executive - IKEA - Yas Island, Abu Dhabi

We are currently looking to recruit a HR Executive to work in our IKEA Abu Dhabi Store

Your duties will include the following:
- Manage all day to day tasks related to HR for the store under the supervision of HRBP.
- Derive information from SAP systems after every payroll period in order to provide current data on payroll costs, actual costs, costs of benefits etc.
- Ensure that the central job evaluation system is administered consistently across the Group so that the all jobs fit within the established grading system.
- Monitor and ensure compliance for all promotions and salary adjustments recommended by the businesses to the Human Resource Committee.
- Advise and assist HRBPs in developing policies and procedures.
- Respond to day to day queries from business partners.
- Support the performance management system for the group including annual salary increases and bonus.
- Maintain job descriptions for the group.
- Participate in salary surveys.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree preferably in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of HR systems - SAP is preferred.
- A minimum 2 years of experience in HR with emphasis on analysis.
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Logical thinking with creative problem solving ability.
- Great attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- The ability to work well with others.
- A good understanding of Compensation and Benefits concepts and the UAE Labour Law.
