Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

. Ensure that the vacancies for A-D roles are filled as soon as they arise to avoid under-staffing in the departments.
- Creating vacancies on Oracle, timely applicant entries and offer letter's requests
- Updating Organization charts on a monthly basis
- Sending the recruitment reports to Group recruitment.

2. Prepare and deliver the Induction for the new starters in graded A - F forms to be filled, introductions to the existing teams, coordinate with IT for IT resources to ensure a smooth induction of the candidate into the business.

3. Ensure the Starters & Leavers administration is done to ensure we meet the audit requirements: data Entry for all employee related information (medical card, EIDA, personal information in Oracle system), filing and timely opening of bank accounts.
- To enroll new employment visa & timely process EIDA and visa stamping
- Ensure EOS is timely done, one on one meeting with the leaver , exit process, cancellation, EOS payment
- Respond to staff query on OIC medical benefits, claim reimbursement, application of new cards & cancellation of resigned/absconding staff.
- Updating relevant trackers and concerned staff with renewing of visa or
Labor cards. Regularly follow up with passport dept. for existing or new visa.

4.Coordinate the administration of the Payroll - collect all the OT reports and leave reports from all the departments and the appropriate forms : annual leave form and sick leave forms are attached and send to group payroll. Check the Payroll and check for discrepancies. Confirm the roll out to the Group Payroll Manager.

5. Be point of contact for all requirements from the employees - NOC certificates, salary letter, IT requirements to ensure a smooth operation in the departments and employees are satisfied.

Requirements

Preferably Bachelor of Business / Human Resources Management or Psychology
Certified PHR or SPHR
Strong administration and computer skills; Preferably Oracle (HRMS)
Disciplined independent worker
