HR Executive

Job description / Role

A leading local company is looking for two HR Executives to join their retail division in Dubai.

One working with leading Department Stores, the other within popular lifestyle brands.

Both HR Executive Roles will be reporting into the HR Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities for the positions will include:
- Day to day HR Support to employees and management
- Employee induction and orientation planning including identification of training required
- Provide support to Managers with HR policy and procedures, including disciplinaries and grievances
- Facilitate performance management and appraisals on an annual cycle
Exit Interviews
- Maintenance of Employee data on all HR systems

Requirements

- 3-4 years of retail background within HR.
- Prior experience of Performance Management, Training Management
- Hands on experience in Employee Relations
- Knowledge and experience of the UAE Labour Laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Arabic speaking would be an advantage
