Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Recruit, hire, coach, train and motivate recruiting team members in designated areas.
- Prioritize openings based upon qualifications.
- Work with team on expectations, career goals and task.
- Utilize Referrals, Redeployments and Recruiting of needed internal and external resources.
- Prepares employment contract of the employees.
- Assisting in processing all pertinent documents in reference to the criteria of immigration office, Ministry of Social Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs in compliance with the laws and regulations.
- Prepare and process applications related to work permits, employee visas etc.
- Assisting in completing requirements in obtaining residence permit such as medical appointment, finger prints for all new employees.
- Monitoring renewal of RP, Hamad Health Card, Work Permit etc.
- Conduct interviews up to Executive levels.
- Arranges interviews for Management levels.
- Prepares letter of offer to selected candidates and letter of rejection to unsuccessful candidates.
- Conducts exit interview.
- Attends to employees grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary.
- Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.
- Reviews, updates and maintains proper filing of insurance policy, HR handbook, company doctors list, performance appraisal form and training schedules.
- Drafting out annual letter and promotion letter.
- Administers the HR procedures are adhered to.
- Handles monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees.

Requirements

- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent from an accredited University is required.
- Candidate should have Qatar experience and knowledge in Qatar labor law.
- ICDL/ECDL would be an advantage.
- Certificate in Human Resources or equivalent would be preferred.
- More than three years HR experience is required.
- Qatar driving license would be an advantage.
- Experience in using HR tools and applications.
- Maintaining employee files.
- Time management and multi tasking skills.
- Knowledge of Qatar labor law.
- Flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and assignments effectively.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills-both oral and written.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP etc.
- Knowledge in using HRIS/HRMS Software.
