Job description / Role
WTS Energy is currently looking for a number of HR Field Administrators to work in Oman. Omani nationals are needed. The client is a an international E&P operator.
- Plans, manages and provides to the company a range of professional, cost effective, human resources services and programs. Act as a member of the company's senior management team in all matters related to strategic and corporate management.
- Corporate Management
- Participates as senior manager in the corporate management activities of the company.
- Includes carrying out and participating in the following activities:
- Strategic Planning.
- Performance management.
- Group Management
- Plans and manages the activities of assigned employees in the Human Resources Group assumes financial and administrative authority, and HR responsibility for all staff members.
- Coordinate with Financial and Planning for the development, approval and implementation of the annual Manpower budgets. Exercises financial control within approval authorities.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work in rotation for 14 days in the field, based in Oman.
- Must hold minimum of Diploma
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written), organised and have computer skills.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in HR.
- Omani Nationals only.
