Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

* Proven HR management experience and achievement built over a number of years;
* Strong knowledge and practice of Jordanian labour law;
* Evidence of strong HR business partnership work methods;
* Strong evidence of having established policy, procedure and best practice within an HR team;
* Ability to establish and maintain strong working relations with senior leadership to keep the people agenda uppermost in their minds;
* Evidence of working with and negotiating with labour unions, within Jordan or elsewhere;
* Evidence of managing delivery of core HR activity in a large, preferably multi-national organisation;
* Delivery of key HR strategic initiatives that have changed an organisation's approach to HR and realised measurable outcomes;
