Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Ensure consistency of plans with best practices, the company objective, and compliance with labor law and Saudization program.
- Oversees the development of annual HR workforce plan, budget, recruitment requirements, and succession planning.
- Ensure effective implementation of workforce plan and resolve any issues as appropriate.
- Establish a business continuity plan, and periodically review the implementation plan with relevant employees.
- Establish internal control procedures to ensure the safety, security, and proper maintenance of all company assets and facilities.
- Lead and control the performance management cycle of the employees.
- Direct and coordinating all activities related to HR&GA in order to achieve a smooth flow of operation.
- Ensure that company documents such as articles of association, commercial registration, chamber of commerce membership, power of attorney, singing authorities and any other legal documentation are always in order and easy to access.
- Oversees the administration of government related work such as the issuance and renewal of all government licenses, permits and official documents to support company's operation.
- Negotiate employees accommodation leasing terms and conditions.
- Represents the company in resolving legal issues with the management team.
- Liaise with government agencies on all important matters affecting the Company operation and oversee the submission all required by regulators in a timely manner.
- Mange HR & General Affairs Departments budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process.
- Mange HR & General Affairs Departments effectively within budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR& General Affairs Departments policies, procedures and control covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural-legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results.
- Lead and direct the management of change through continuous improvement of HR &General Affairs Department s systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, changes in international standards and change in the business environment which demand proactive action plans.
- Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance all relevant safety, health and environmental management, policies, procedures and control across HR &General Affairs Departments in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and responsible environmental behaviors.
- Ensure identified and escalated risks are effectively addressed in order to foster a safety, health and environment management, policies, procedures and controls.
- Guide, mentor and develop the HR &General Affairs Department team to take larger and complex responsibilities.
- Contribute in identifying and recruiting key talent for HR &General Affairs Departments.
- Provide clear top-down communication to employees and bottom-up feedback to the management.
- Set performance objective, provide necessary, evaluate-appraise subordinates and provide regular feedback on performance.
- Promote a high-performance working environment and promote Company values.

Requirements

- Fluent English
- B.A. in HR or in a related field.
- Min 10 years experience in HR.
