Job description / Role
My client is a leading company based in Abu Dhabi, looking for a strong all round HR Generalist to join the expanding HR team on a 6 month contract.
The Role
The main responsibilities will include:
Set and continually manage expectations with team members, departments and other stakeholders.
Provide regular and weekly update to Head of HR on the status of contracts, LPOS and invoices (pending, awarded, paid, accruals).
Support Head of HR in developing best practices and tools for HR execution and management.
Lead and execute strategy for hiring staff for vacant positions with assistance of direct manager.
Assist in the creation of HR materials to ensure quality and consistency.
Organize, review, edit and write responses to HR request.
Provide input, based on research and experience, into the HR process and ensure that potential ideas and concepts are captured and assigned accordingly.
Support Head of HR in new Strategic Initiatives.
Support the Head of HR in the development and implementation of the Emiratization program.
Ensure effective administration and full documentation for Human Resources department covering every activity, issue, grievance, etc.
Requirements
The Person
The ideal candidate:
Minimum 5 years experience in a HR generalist role - essential
Excellent communication skills and western educated - essential
Must be educated to degree level - essential
Able to commit to a 6 month contract - essential
