Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with one of the top GCC retail organisations that has continued to experience year-on-year growth. With strong expansion plans, our client is looking to hire an HR Generalist (Retail) to join their team.
This will be a diverse, busy and challenging role where you will be involved in all aspects of HR including A-Z recruitment, induction of new starters, implementing talent processes and building relationships through effective relations management. You will also be involved in running internal grievance and disciplinary processes, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates whilst managing recruitment agencies and driving recruitment strategies forward. In addition, you will work with the HR Director to put into place future succession options and implement performance management systems.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a Degree in HR with a minimum of 5 years experience in a HR Generalist role, ideally within the GCC. You should be flexible, proactive and customer focused. You should also enjoy working in a dynamic and driven team and organisation.
