DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
REPORTING TO: Group HR&IQMS Manager

Job Summary:
Manage all the activities related to recruiting operations such as reporting, offer processing, background check clearance, etc. Hire, manage, train, develop, and evaluate staff. Develop, implement, document and ensure adherence to policies, practices, and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and evaluate effective recruiting strategies and processes to attract, select and retain qualified candidates for each country (including KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Lebanon, Jordan and UAE).
- Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
- Monitor and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
- Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
- Monitor and update the Mouawad career page and Linked-in Page, by continuously posting vacancies and screening potential candidates.
- Conduct telephone screening and face to face Job interviews for all job levels, for retail and non-retail positions.
- Conduct 2 thorough reference checks for each potential candidate who had successful interviews.
- Follow the recruitment process of appropriate documentation, and keep track of any communication with candidates & applicants.
- Run specific Assessment/Psychometric test on selected candidates depending on the nature of their jobs.
- Choose the optimum recruitment channels for each vacancy.
- Keep track of updating the JD folder for all the employees
- Coordinate and liaise closely with other HR colleagues on the on-boarding plan for new joiners.
- Maintain a clear and aligned Market study for the Salary range per grade.
- Monitor the labor law legislation and DMCC requirement and remain in constant compliance with it.
- Conduct end of probation assessments for employees and coordinate their confirmation with the line manager.
- Assist the Human Resources Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department
- Handle various HR projects as delegated by HR Manager
- Prepare the monthly KPIs report for both the MENA and KSA areas.
- Liaising with Country Managers of any Recruitment related issue and reporting to HR Manager
- Act as the employee Relation manager, and assist employees with their daily requests.
- Update Task World projects daily to ensure smooth running of the department
- Explore the market and implement the best practices in the recruitment and staffing field to our organization.
