The RoleThe RoleMy Client is looking to hire a Western or Arab (UAE National) HR Generalist for a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company here in the GCC *Development of HR department (forms, employee handbook, HR manual) *Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills. *Contact applicants to inform them of job possibilities, considerations and selection. *Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations. *Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate. *Joining formalities. *Handling employee database (both in soft form and files management) *Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work related problems. *Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations and employee relations *Leaves and attendance management. *Managing advance salary, Ad hoc bonuses, loans. *Confirmations, performance appraisals, performance management. *Liaison with various consultants. *Motivate employees on day-to-day basis. *Stop all type of rumors and misleading communication. *Administering disciplinary procedures. *Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives. *Role in “employee engagement”… winning the trust of the employee and hence can help the organization in controlling the attrition. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be successful in your application you are likely to have a degree or equivalent as well as 1 year experience in HR. Your track record will demonstrate your strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively. |
