The HR Generalist role will report to the Managing Director.
The main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Recruitment & On boarding
- Performance Management
- Training and Development
- Company Strategy, Policy & Procedures
- Coaching & Mentoring
- Administration
- Off Boarding
Requirements
The ideal candidate:
- HR Related degree or qualification
- Prior experience of Performance Management
- Training Management
- Hands on experience in Employee Relations
- Knowledge and experience of the UAE Labour Laws
- Experience working with various HR systems & tools
