Employment: Full Time

TGP is a Dubai based company specializing in exhibition stand design and construction, conferences, event management, turn-key digital solutions and commercial interiors.

TGP draws on the expertise of its seven divisions (exhibitions, graphics, event management, interiors, digital marketing, conferences, and audio visual) to work towards one goal: delivering world-class, commercially successful projects from conception to implementation.

Scope of work:
TGP is looking for an experienced HR professional to join their HR team. The ideal person will be CIPD qualified, a native English speaker and will have a minimum of three years previous experience working as a HR Generalist within a multinational environment. This person will be responsible for driving HR practices across the organization and will report directly to the HR Manager.

Main responsibilities:
- Policies and Procedures (assisting with the analysis of current procedures and create new policies and procedures in line with best practice).
- Streamlining, coordinating and controlling HR processes to ensure maximum efficiency and
minimum cost to the organisation.
- Employee Relations (assisting line management with coordination of any human resource related queries).
- Talent Management (managing all succession planning activities including the coordination of employee nominations and the development of talent profiles).
- Manpower Planning (developing the annual manpower plan, liaising with line management during this process, processing all new manpower requests).
- Compensation and Benefits (conducting salary surveys, producing reports, presenting findings to the HR Manager, conducting salary grading, preparing, revising and implementing job descriptions in line with grading structures and rolling out to the organisation to ensure consistency across the organisation).
- Organisational Development (assisting in the development and rolling out of employee development initiatives across the organisation).
- Reward and Recognition (analysing the organisations recognition programme and identifying better reward mechanisms for different employees)

Requirements

- CIPD Qualified / Masters in Human Resource Management .
- 3-5 years experience in a business partner / senior generalist role.
- Strong skills in policy development.
- Native English Speaker.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent planning and problem solving skills.
- A degree of creativity and a positive attitude is essential.
