Employment: Full Time

Our client is a start up US based University with regional headquarters in Dubai, currently expanding their operations in emerging markers. They are currently looking for Spanish and English speaking HR Generalist who will provide recruitment, HR policies and procedures support, development of compensations and benefits structure for the University Employees and work out employee's onboarding, mobilization and immigration regulations.

Job responsibilities:
Provide full cycle recruitment support to deans, teachers and other University operational and academic staff
Develop job descriptions, organization structure and remuneration packages for University employees
Establish effective rapport with recruitment agencies and lead the project HR activities
Support employee's mobilization, on boarding and immigration process in West Africa
Develop HR module of University IT system along with IT and Project Management team
Develop and implement University HR manual, employee handbook, HR policies and procedures
Translate HR related documents as appropriate

Requirements

Experienced HR Generalist/Recruiter with minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally in outsourcing.
High level of diplomacy, integrity and professionalism
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience with bulk recruitment of academic staff
Flexible, with the ability to multitask, autonomous and solution oriented
Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory for this role
Knowledge of regional/emerging markets is prerequisite for this role
