Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with one of the regions leading FMCG companies. Our client is looking to hire an experienced HR Generalist on an 8 month contract to cover a busy factory.
This role will partner closely with internal teams including Supply Chain, Production and R&D. You will cover inductions, implement talent processes and build engagement through effective employee relations management. You will conduct all of the recruitment for supply based roles and work closely with line managers to improve recruitment tools, ensuring that all employee relations matters are addressed correctly. You will actively drive forward engagement, run grievance and disciplinary processes and work closely with the HR Manager to facilitate and input design and planning ensuring the timely implementation of performance management systems. In addition, you will work with the L&D team developing training, monitoring the ROI and putting in place development plans.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a bachelors Degree and a minimum of 5 years experience within HR. Experience across the full HR generalist capacity is crucial (recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and employee engagement). You should have worked for a highly regarded multinational company and have regional experience. It is essential you are committed to working on an 8 month contract basis.
