Job description / Role
HR Generalist with experience working for a Multinational Company in Dubai
- Responsible for the successful delivery and performance of HR services in the UAE.
- Reviewing global programs and business strategies to maximise business results.
- Ensures compliance with local regulations, cultural sensitivity and workforce expectations.
- Responsible for strategic execution, employee relations, HR policy application and HR program rollouts.
- Act as a trusted partner to advise country leader and drive employee engagement.
- Develops and maintains people strategy plan, coaching managers on managing complex HR issues to include hiring, retention, performance management and rewards.
Requirements
- Professional spoken and written business English communication.
- Demonstrated HR Generalist experience of at least 4 years
- Good knowledge of UAE labour law.
- Analytical thinking, consultative skills and project management experience.
- Ability to build strong relationships and develop credibility.
- Bachelors Degree or higher in a HR related field.
- Arabic language skills are a bonus but not mandatory.
To be the chosen candidate for this position you will need to be currently based in Dubai with at least 4 years experience in a multinational environment.
