Employment: Full Time

The purpose of this role is to deliver a generalist HR solutions focused service to employees. With a strong focus on continuous improvement to drive customer service excellence aligned with overall business and HR strategy. This will include individual and organisational development, performance, absence management, appraisal advice, recruitment and training. Reporting to the Head of HR this role will also develop and lead the implementation of strategic initiatives to drive customer service excellence as determined by the incumbent to meet business needs and in alignment with overall global service strategy.

Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Manpower planning
- Develop and implement HR programmes and practices; this includes staffing processes, people and organization development, engagement initiatives reward programmes, performance management, absence management, health & wellbeing, diversity initiatives and effective communication processes.
- To drive and improve workforce productivity and employee personal commitment and accountability for superior results.
- Identifies people and process business challenges and facilities resolution through influencing key stakeholders.
- Fully accountable for client groups and maintains effective communication with the HR Head.
- Provides direction, support and coaching to line managers in the resolution of key staffing issues.
- Initiates, drives and participates in cross-functional and cross-business projects to support overall achievement of business strategies and support staff development.
- Provide strong leadership to client groups for organizational design.
- Design and develop interventions to support business challenges.
- Effectively communicate, integrate and manage change initiatives.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 - 3 years HR experience, within a medium or a large sized organization
- Strong Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits background with sound understanding of HR policies and procedures and how to apply them to drive business results.
- Someone who is really passionate & enthusiastic about HR
- Practical experience of implementing employee engagement initiatives
- Excellent problem solving, execution, analytical and project management skills
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Innovation Orientation
