The RoleThe RoleA 30 year old diverse group of companies has a newly created position available: HR Generalist required to support this growing organisation in all HR related tasks and duties. Your responsibilities will be as follows: - Recruitment of new hires of all levels into the business. (Areas of recruitment are: Dubai and Iraq predominantly). - Compensations & benefits. - Dealing with all salaries and payrolling of staff. - PRO duties. - Policies and procedures. As the role matures there will be further responsibilities however a majority of the role in the initial stages with be heavily dominated with the recruitment responsibility and payroll. This is a very exciting opportunity for a HR professional to implement a new concept into the business and drive the HR function forward. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be considered for this role you must have the following: - A good standard of human resource generalist experience. (At least 3 years). - As this is a stand alone position you must be able to work under minimal supervision. - Have experience in recruitment within the UAE and ideally Iraq but not essential. - Good working knowledge of the UAE labor law. - Visa application experience. - PRO exposure. |
