HR Generalist

Job description / Role

- Working on annual airfare budgeting, reporting to Finance on housing, schooling, leaves and medical claimsand preparing other ad-hoc HR reports as per the requirement.
- Facilitates the leave applications through the approval chain post checking respective leave balances and ensuring policy compliance.
- Responsible for staff medical insurances with regards to both relationship management with the service providers, claim settlements, additions and deletions processing, premium payments and resolving any other insurance related matters.
- Keeps up to date the HR shared folders and updating the personnel files with the latest received documents.
- Processes the end of service benefits for exiting associates.
- Ensures that all additions, deletions and adjustments are updated for the payroll before the monthly submission date.
- Ensures that turnaround times are met on the operational side for an efficient overall HR service delivery.
- Preparation of employment contracts and ensuring that contracts are up to date.
- Maintaining appropriate records and providing regular reports.
- Answering employee queries and ensuring that all queries are handled in a timely and effective manner.
- Auditing Employee files by ensuring legal compliance.
- Developing policies on issues, including performance management, working conditions, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
- Maintaining employee handbooks and ensuring employment policies are compliant with KSA legislation

Requirements

- Any Bachelor Degree / Diploma in HR
- Min 1 - Max 3 Years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Executive role

Language Fluency: English & Arabic
