Employment: Full Time

Our client is an Multi-National Organisation focused on Consumer Goods is looking for a HR Generalist to join their dynamic team in Tunisia. The incumbent in the position reports to the Human Resources Director and provides support with the day-to-day operations of human resources procedures and programs. The position carries out responsibilities in the functional areas of department development, classification and compensation, employee relations, training and development, benefits, organizational development, and employment. The work requires skill and ability to work with a variety of human resources concepts, practices, and procedures, relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan, implement and accomplish goals.

Requirements

* Associates Degree in Business or Human Resources; or High School Diploma and HR Certificate.
* 1-3 years of HR and/or administrative experience.
* Previous experience in maintaining payrolls.
* Managing employee files.
