Employment: Full Time

HR Head - Diversified Group - Oman

A major client of Florence International Consulting is seeking an HR Head for their Oman business.

Role is reporting to the overall Director (Head) of HR

HR Manager Responsibilities include:

Manage Recruitment process
Development & implementation of policies and procedures
Compensation and benefits
Employee relations
Training and development
HR Budgeting
Management and supervision of payroll staff
Management of international HR including relocation, visas, contracts, employment law etc.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience within HR is required
5 years management experience
2 years regional/ Oman experience
Bachelor in HR is required
