Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Candidate must have knowledge to develop, recommend, implement and manage all Human Resources initiatives, processes and systems to ensure effective utilization of human capital of the company to meet the organization’s strategic direction and business goals.
Work with Practice Leadership to understand talent requirements and ensure the recruitment, management and retention of high quality talent with the necessary skills, experience and qualifications as well as attitude aligned to the values and culture.
Design and implement proactive HR processes, systems, policies and interventions to address strategic business goals and organizational needs.
Ensure an appropriate diverse and inclusive workforce which provides a suitable mix of people to achieve its objectives.
Acquire deep knowledge of the company’s service lines and be able to market the company, internally and externally.
Keep up-to-date with global, national and regional developments in HR including competitor intelligence.
Plan and incorporate contingency arrangements to deal with unforeseen circumstances related to people issues and help maintain business continuity.
Build Employee engagement by devising innovative initiatives and also ensuring focused attention in the timely resolution of employee grievances and issues.

Requirements

Candidate must have good generalist HR knowledge
Good communication skill.
Candidate must be graduate
Candidate must have 12-14 years of generalist experience in HR, preferably in a reputed consulting or financial services organization out of which the last 3 years should have been at a leadership level.
Specialization in any HR Domain (Talent Resourcing, Compensation & Rewards etc.) would be an advantage.
