Looking for HR Head for a Healthcare unit in Dubai.
Role : HR Head
Location : Dubai
Experience : 12 to 14/16 years
Preferred Nationality : South African, (or Singapore / Malaysia)
Current Company: Netcare or Mediclinic.

Head of HR for Healthcare works with clients to develop actionable strategies and solutions aligned with Talent Management goals to achieve specific operational and financial outcomes. This position is part of a rapidly growing business and will be charged with leading efforts to increase and assist the organization with all of the following integrated processes:
• Recruitment support
• Competencies
• Talent Assessments
• Succession Management
• Performance Management
• Compensation & Rewards
• Development Planning
• Learning Management
• Workforce Analytics
• Talent Management Governance

Reports to: CEO of Healthcare.

Requirements

• Experience in designing sound Talent Management strategies and business processes
• Experience in developing policies, procedures and standard governance framework
• A graduate/post-graduate in Human Resources or a post-graduate in any field with strong tertiary qualifications and/or certifications in Human Resources
• 12 – 15 years’ of overall experience with at least 6-7 years in a senior role managing Human Resources operations, processes and governance
• Previous experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry is highly preferred
• Demonstrated experience in creating HR processes and framework for operations and governance
• MUST have led a multifunctional team – recruitment, HR operations, Employee Relations, Governance and control, etc.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple stakeholders in a matrix-structured organization and achieving client satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of technology and principle of project management (HR specific)
• Sound experience in setting compliance policies and functioning within the established framework.
