Employment: Full Time

HR Head - MENAT

Main Job Purpose:
The HRM is responsible for overall management of recruitment, training, performance management, budgeting and rewards in MENAT. She is also responsible for ensuring implementation of HR systems, policies and procedures, providing expert HR support to the leadership and counselling of the work force. The HRM acts as a key driver of Change.

Key Accountabilities:
- HR Business Partner - to lead all strategic HR activities across various countries including UAE, Turkey, Pakistan, Kuwait, KSA, Oman etc. and work closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting Functional Heads to understand and implement policies and procedures.
- Recruitment Interviewing and selecting candidates for management positions in & around Africa & Middle East Regions.
- Policy - To cascade global HR policies, Vision, Values & Programs consistent with global standards of the new owners.
- Network - Liaise with relevant local government, HR Forums to ensure HR procedures and practices comply with all local regulations & best practices.
- Talent Management - To engage with key stakeholders in the Organization to assess leadership pipelines and identify high potential employees and implement the Talent Management Program and lead the Management by Objectives (MBO) program for the Business Unit.
- Training - Undertake role/process mapping and develop & roll out the training calendar for all employees ensuring training is aligned to individual JDs/ organisational goals.
- Employee Engagement - Grievance Handling & design Employee Motivation & Retention Schemes.
- Ethics - Ensure that the Global Ethics Compliance and Code of Conduct policy is adhered through Annual Participation in web surveys & certification obtained by all employees.
- Audits - Handle Internal & External Audits relating to employees and HR Procedures.
- Compensation - Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits. Periodically develop and implement employees remuneration as per market standards by participating in yearly Remuneration Surveys.
- Change Initiatives - Responsible for driving, implementing and supporting Change to align Change Initiatives to business strategy.
- Budgets - Responsible for submitting Fixed spend, AIP and G&A Budgets.

- MBA in Human Resources as the medium of University education
- A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, MS Excel
- A strong command over oral and written Business English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
- Familiarization with numbers an added advantage
- Work experience of 8-10 plus years in a Managerial level
- Prior work experience in an FMCG environment with exposure to overall HR Functions
- Experience on working for several individuals at the same time is desirable

Travel:
- The job requires travelling minimum every quarter across MENAT
