The RoleThe RoleProvides complete HRIS Support for HR related activities. Evaluates, analyzes, designs, and maintains company Human Resources Information systems (HRIS). Sets specifications to ensure data integrity in all HRIS system applications and soft wares. Recommends, implements and plans for improvements, enhancements and new applications to the system. Serves as the technical point-of-contact for all HRIS matters (data integrity, report writing, analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities and other technical projects) as assigned. Ensures proper and optimum utilization of SAP HR module. Analyze, implement and configure all required essentials features to support the HR business process and fully utilize the capabilities and information stored on the system Provides ongoing maintenance of the HRIS applications including needs analysis, project planning, capacity planning, requirement specification, vendor selection, customization, testing and training and prior implementation. |
RequirementsRequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent; Proficiency in English enabling independent correspondence is essential; Proficiency in Arabic is preferred; Experience: 6 years job related experience Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar field in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in the Middle East Other, job related requirements: Comprehensive Computer skills; must have excellent working knowledge of SAP, MS Office; |
